This isn't just about labeling; you are the Quality Gatekeeper. You will bridge the gap between our Data Labeling Associates (DLAs) and Team Leads, ensuring that human feedback for cutting-edge Arabic AI models is not only accurate but world-class.<\/p>

The Mission: Leading the Quality Loop <\/strong><\/p>

• Human-to-Human Auditing: <\/strong>Audit the work of DLAs, providing structured, actionable feedback to drive team-wide improvement.<\/p>

• Tactical Support<\/strong>: Act as the first line of defense for the team—answering complex linguistic questions and interpreting evolving guidelines.<\/p>

• Onboarding & Coaching: <\/strong>Lead hands-on training for new associates, helping them navigate the nuances of Arabic dialects and AI safety.<\/p>

• Workflow Orchestration<\/strong>: Monitor queues and identify blockers, escalating risks to Team Leads before they impact the program.<\/p>

• Strategic Insights<\/strong>: Spot high-level patterns in both human and model behavior, contributing directly to the evolution of project guidelines.<\/p>

What We’re Looking For <\/strong><\/p>

• Experience<\/strong>: 2–4 years in data annotation, QA, content quality, or human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows.<\/p>

• Linguistic <\/strong>Mastery: Native-level Arabic proficiency and a University Degree (Bachelor’s or higher).<\/p>

• English Fluency<\/strong>: B2 level or superior English to handle stakeholder syncs and technical reporting.<\/p>

• Leadership Instincts<\/strong>: Prior experience auditing or reviewing the work of others; you know how to coach without micromanaging.<\/p>

• Detail Obsession<\/strong>: A high bar for quality and the ability to stay consistent while guidelines shift in real-time.<\/p>

• Safety Mindset<\/strong>: Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy-driven evaluation in a GenAI context.<\/p>
