LEGAL CONDITIONS FOR CANDIDATES

1.- PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The following clauses regulate the general conditions of access, registration and use of the EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS portal as a candidate.

The purpose of EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS is to provide a platform for hiring companies and candidates to meet in an online environment to get jobs and contacts, as well as to increase and improve their professional relationships.

Through the website https://www.europelanguagejobs.com, EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS aims to provide candidates with an employment resource to browse and apply to available job offers.

Use of the web portal implies the candidate’s full acceptance of the conditions outlined in the Terms and Conditions section published on the EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS website.

The candidate can formally register on the portal by completing the "Candidate registration form," and for all purposes, it will be understood that the candidate accepts the above conditions by clicking the "I accept the general conditions" button at the bottom of this form.

3.- OBJECT

This article regulates the conditions to register on the web portal https://www.europelanguagejobs.com" as a candidate, which will enable the user to:

- Browse the job offers available in sectors such as  IT, ecommerce, finance, law, sales, marketing, engineering, retail, communication and the pharmaceutical industry.

- Register on the web portal as a candidate, complete a candidate’s profile and highlight the skills and abilities that the candidate wishes  hiring companies to notice.

- Select the professional field of interest to the candidate within his or her specialisation and click "Apply" to complete the application process. The EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS portal will receive the application, and the hiring company will then receive it on its  internal dashboard and contact the candidate accordingly.

- Apply to the job offers that may be of interest to the candidate by clicking the “apply” button.

- Be referred to the companies and partner organisations of EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS when the candidate’s application is received.

- Have an accessible profile by companies looking for candidates on our site. Personal information will remain private unless a company shows interest in the candidate´s CV.

- Be notified regularly, by any means, including email and alternative means of electronic communication, of information relating to the services of EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS, including tips and alerts of new positions, newsletters of EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS, studies and reports within the candidate’s sector and, in general, any information related to employment. In order to ensure that such information and commercial communications match the candidate’s interests as much as possible, EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS may use statistical procedures to create data categories and segmentation.

4.- REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

4.2.- Validity of information: All the information provided by the candidate must be truthful, guaranteeing the authenticity of all the data communicated. Likewise, the candidate will be the responsible for keeping all the information provided to EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS updated so that it corresponds at all times to the candidate’s current situation.

4.3.- Legal capacity: The candidate must confirm that he or she is over the age of 16 and has sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these terms and conditions. The candidate also undertakes to make diligent use of the service, as well as of the information within the web portal, subject to the applicable regulation  in each case.

4.4.- Other commitments: In addition, the candidate  undertakes:

(1) to use the information published by EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS solely for the purposes of the portal and to not directly or indirectly undertake any commercial exploitation other than what the candidate is authorized;

 (2) not to copy, transfer or dispose of any information published by EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS without express authorization; and

The candidate expressly authorizes EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS to send offers and advertising of its own or of a third-party collaborator, as well as information such as:

- Tips and alerts on employment opportunities

- EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS newsletters.

- Reminders to complete the candidate profile.

- Commercial communications (advertising and commercial acquisition campaigns) related to the job search and the labor market.

The candidate can revoke the above consent at any time by simply sending an email to request exclusion from the mailing list to info@europelanguagejobs.com with the word "unsubscribe."

7.- INTELLECTUAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

7.1.- The candidate expressly accepts that the information published on the EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS website is subject to copyright owned by EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS and, therefore, its commercial use or exploitation is prohibited.

The candidate, unless expressly authorized by virtue of his or her subscription, will not copy, distribute, publicly communicate or transform, totally or partially, the information to which he or she has access, including error correction, transformation or versions, or to perform any action other than those authorized.

The candidate assumes full responsibility in case of copyright infringement as a consequence of his or her actions.

7.2.- By contrast, the publication of information, photographs, images or other content on the portal will result in EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS becoming the legal owner of the content or having the appropriate consent and rights in terms of intellectual and industrial property.

The rights relating to industrial and intellectual property (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, icons and images, as well as the graphic design, source code and other software elements contained in the website) are owned by EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS or by other entities that may share or publish information through the portal. Therefore, they are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights protected by Spanish and international legislation.

Without prior written authorization from EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS, the use, copy, transfer, manipulation, as well as any use exceeding the necessary use of the web page and the use of the services offered is prohibited.

8.- PROTECTION OF DATA AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

8.1.- Information: The personal data received by EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS through the website will be treated with the utmost security and confidentiality.

In compliance with the requirements of the current data protection regulations, EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS, S.L. notifies the candidate that the personal data provided through the candidate’s registration on the portal or through any other means, as well as the data that EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS accesses as a result of browsing, queries or requests, are incorporated into files owned by EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS, SL (entity receiving the data) in order to provide and optimize its services.

The candidate’s data will be stored in our files for the purposes indicated, as well as to properly manage the applications the candidate may be interested in, for future selection processes that may fit the candidate’s profile, and to develop any future services that may be implemented.

The candidate states that he or she has read and expressly accepted this personal data protection policy and given absolute and express consent to the processing of his or her personal data in accordance with the purposes and services provided by EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS.

The candidate authorizes the transfer of his or her personal data to third parties for the provision of the service, i.e., to the companies using the services of EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS to search and select staff, and for any other purpose that may be necessary and implicit in the normal development of the activities offered by EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS. These third parties may be located in Spain or in any other country, including those that do not offer a level of protection comparable to that of European data protection regulations.

Once the candidate authorizes the transfer of his or her data to the companies and partner organizations of EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS interested in his or her profile, EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS is no longer responsible for the use and storage of the data; therefore, EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS will be exempt from any responsibility in this area.

In keeping with the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection, portability and right to be forgotten provided by law, the owner of the data can be addressed in writing to EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS, Ref. Data protection, Av. de Mistral 41-43 Entr 2, 08015 Barcelona, or to info@europelanguagejobs.com. For any question related to the processing of a candidate’s personal data, the candidate can contact the competent authority, i.e., the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).

8.2.- Consequences of failure to provide complete data:

Failure to complete or partially complete the required personal data could mean that EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS may not able to provide optimum services and, therefore, not able to meet the candidate’s request and, consequently, EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS will be exempt from any responsibility for the incomplete or non-provision of the services requested.

Any issue or change to personal data provided to the company must be notified  to EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS as soon as possible.

8.3.- Security in data processing, computer processing and data protection: EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS states and guarantees that it maintains the required security for personal data protection in accordance with current regulation, which has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the data provided by the candidates, without prejudice to informing that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

8.4.- Data from third parties: If you provide us with data from third parties to request professional references, you undertake to provide this information with the prior consent of the entity involved, having informed them of the following aspects required by law: a) of the fact that they provide their personal data to our company under the conditions mentioned above; b) that we will incorporate the data into our files exclusively for the above purposes; c) that EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS acknowledges the rights of interested parties to access, rectification, cancellation, objection, portability and right to be forgotten provided by law, and that to exercise them, they must notify it in writing in the terms indicated above.  

9.- LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS can cancel access to its service without prior warning at any time, at its own initiative or at the request of a third party. EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS does not accept responsibility for any technical issues that may occur in the connection or telecommunications services preventing users from using the services offered.

EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the website, its services and its contents, as well as these Terms and Conditions.

EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS expressly waives any responsibility for the content published by its collaborating companies and for the use that candidates and companies make of the website. EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS is not responsible for the websites to which it may refer or for the websites’ content. EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS may remove illegal content or content suspected of being illegal from the website without prior notice.

These conditions will be governed by the laws of Spain.
