- Provide support with app installation, device compatibility, and settings
- Assist customers with subscription management, payment updates, and billing issues
- Support users with subscription pauses and cancellations
- Collect and communicate user feedback to contribute to platform improvements
- Ensure high-quality service and efficient response times across all channels
