About the Role

We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Representative to join a global beverage brand in Barcelona. As the main contact for your portfolio of points of sale, you’ll drive commercial success by managing daily interactions, building strong relationships, and maximizing opportunities through smart negotiations and resource allocation.

What You’ll Do

• Contact 100% of your assigned points of sale every day
• Manage client orders efficiently and accurately
• Increase investment at points of sale using discounts, promotions, and negotiation skills
• Share valuable feedback on client requests, incidents, and business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Languages: Dutch at C2 level and English at C1 level
• Experience: Previous sales experience, comfortable with performance targets
• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to identify customer needs
• Solution-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Resilient, professional, and empathetic under pressure
• Experience with outbound sales and the Dutch market, adaptable to different campaigns and GDPR-compliant
