Talen: Nederlands (moedertaal) + Engels (minimaal B1)
Startdatum: Flexibel – meerdere startmomenten per maand

⚠️ Let op: Deze vacature is uitsluitend voor mensen die al in Griekenland wonen en beschikken over een AMKA- en AFM-nummer.

Wat ga je doen?
-Eerste aanspreekpunt voor Nederlandstalige klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat
-Vragen beantwoorden, advies geven en problemen oplossen
-Klantdossiers opvolgen en zorgen voor een professionele afhandeling
-Altijd klantgericht, vriendelijk en empathisch communiceren
-Samenwerken met je team om doelstellingen te behalen
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Wat we zoeken

  • Vloeiend Nederlands + Engels (minimaal B1)
  • Je woont al in Griekenland
  • Je hebt een AMKA- en AFM-nummer
  • Klantgerichte en positieve instelling
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • EU-paspoort of onbeperkt recht om in Griekenland te werken
OFFER
Salaris & vergoedingen

Je ontvangt elke maand:

  • €1.500 bruto basissalaris

  • €121 NETTO food vouchers

  • €30 NETTO thuiswerkvergoeding

Dit betekent dat je bovenop je salaris maandelijks €151 netto extra ontvangt.

Daarnaast:

  • 13e én 14e maand salaris
  • Maandelijkse prestatiebonus (tot €511 bruto afhankelijk van het project)
  • Betaalde training van 3 weken
  • 22 betaalde vakantiedagen per jaar
  • Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een internationaal bedrijf
