REQUIREMENTS
What You Will Do:
- Be the Hero of Customer Satisfaction: Connect with customers through email, chat, and phone, turning frowns into smiles and queries into resolutions!
- Be the Go-To Guru: Immerse yourself in our products and services, building the kind of expertise that helps you give customers the accurate info they need when they need it!
- Conduct Sleuthing Missions: Unleash your inner detective to quickly gather information and deliver swift, satisfying responses to customer inquiries.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong Communication Skills: You’re near-native in Croatian and can weave a fantastic conversation in English—both spoken and written!
- Previous Experience: If you’ve had the chance to dazzle customers in a service role before, we definitely want to hear from you!
- Tech-Savvy: You can maneuver through MS Office like a pro and know your way around a CRM system.
- Detail-Oriented: Precision is your middle name! You excel at juggling tasks, whether you’re working solo or collaborating with the team.

What can you expect from us:
- Full-time role with working shifts between 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday – Sunday
- Starting date - 9th February 2026
