DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about Social Media and content analysis, with an eye for detail? We are looking for someone to work as a content moderator towards the Danish market for our client in Lisbon, Portugal!
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to combine an adventure in beautiful Lisbon with a new position in social media. The company offers a comprehensive relocation package, covering transportation and paperwork, as well as providing company apartments available throughout your employment.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing graphic content on a social media platform and making decisions based on platform guidelines. You will handle sensitive and complex customer inquiries to ensure a safe environment for platform users. You will also demonstrate skills in applying guidelines correctly to ensure quality, privacy, and online safety for everyone using the platform. If you have an interest in social media and content analysis, this is an exciting opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Review content submitted by internal systems or users to ensure compliance with client-established guidelines.
- Review, classify, and/or remove highly sensitive content according to client-defined parameters.
- Escalate content requiring special attention to your immediate supervisor, following established procedures.
- Adhere to company confidentiality guidelines and handle customer information appropriately.
- Manage requests and comments across media channels.
What You Need:
- Native-level written and spoken Danish communication skills
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
- Resilience to stress
- Motivated and positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (required). Total hours: 40 per week
