An international IT services company is looking for a First Line Analyst with advanced Dutch and German skills to join their multilingual support team in Barcelona.

You will be part of a global service desk that provides IT support to users across Europe, helping them solve technical issues and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Log and document all calls and actions in the system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments.

Requirements:

• Advanced level of Dutch and German (spoken and written).
• Advanced level of English.
• Interest in IT and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and team spirit.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude.
