What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (e.g., email, chat, phone), ensuring accurate and timely updates in CRM systems with all relevant details.
• Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their questions and resolving issues professionally, promptly, and with empathy.
• Enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing effective solutions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout every interaction.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable tone in all communications, fostering trust and positive engagement.
• Collaborate closely with team members and management to optimize workflows and deliver a superior customer experience.
• Identify common customer challenges, provide actionable feedback on recurring issues, and proactively suggest areas for improvement in processes or policies.

Your qualifications

• Are fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and have a strong command of English for internal communication.
• Have experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or online booking industry.
• Are passionate about travel and hospitality, with an understanding of the needs and expectations of travelers.
• Are skilled at interpreting and applying company policies, procedures, and service guidelines to assist customers effectively.
• Can work independently, make sound decisions, and document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and can deliver personalized solutions to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
