What will you do?
- Provide inbound customer support regarding bookings, purchases, and services
- Assist customers with payment, shipping, returns, exchanges, and account-related questions
- Handle changes, adjustments, complaints, and customer concerns professionally
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear and effective communication
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to relocate and start an international experience abroad
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
- Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
