DESCRIPTION
Tourism Customer Service Agent with German (C1)
Location: Málaga, Spain
Shifts: Rotational (including weekends)
On-site position – no remote option

Now, for one of our clients — a global leader in customer experience technology delivering outsourced sales and support solutions to major international brands — we are looking for a Tourism Customer Service Agent with German to join their team in beautiful Málaga, Spain.

Your Daily Mission:
Handle incoming calls in German, providing top-tier support to hotel guests
Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and general hotel inquiries
Resolve complaints professionally, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction
Provide detailed information about hotels, resorts, and vacation properties
Accurately document customer interactions in the system
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases efficiently
We’re Looking For:
Fluent German and English (C1 level)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
Calm and solution-oriented mindset, even under pressure
Flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (alternating weekends)
Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people
