What you will do in this role

• Support Customer Service agents’ development through training, coaching, and quality actions
• Deliver onboarding and training for new agents and follow up on mandatory trainings
• Identify individual and team skill gaps and coordinate training plans with Team Managers and the global training team
• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions using Quality Assurance tools
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
• Conduct Quality Assurance feedback and coaching sessions with agents
• Support Team Managers in achieving quality and efficiency targets
• Act as an expert in CS procedures, policies, and standard processes
• Contribute to improving training materials, tools, and operational processes
• Proactively identify business risks and communicate customer journey pain points to stakeholders

• Are native or proficient in Finnish with advanced English
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• Have proven experience as a Trainer and/or Quality Specialist
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

• Thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments
