For one of our clients’ projects – a global Fortune 500 company and one of the world’s
leading international manufacturers of consumer products, recognized for its strong global presence,
innovation, and commitment to quality – we are looking for a Product Support Specialist with Slovak
to join their dynamic support team.
Responsibilities:
*Provide professional customer support via chat, email, and phone;
*Assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related inquiries;
*Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions;
*Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively;
*Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following company guidelines;
*Stay up to date with product updates and company policies.
Qualifications:
*Excellent Slovak with very good English skills;
*Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus;
*Very good communication and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to work in rotating shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently;
*Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills is a plus;
*A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
