As a Sales Representative, you'll take ownership of key accounts, lead new business development for strategic markets, and help shape the direction of our commercial growth.

Acquisition of new clients: Find potential clients (companies that post seasonal and abroad job offers on our platform) and offer them tailored solutions.

Identify sales opportunities: Keep an eye out for chances to grow and expand our business.

Cross-selling and upselling: Offer additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue.

LinkedIn Networking: Connect with industry contacts to promote AnyWorkAnywhere.

Goal Analysis and Strategy: Work with the team to analyze goals and plan strategies.

Outbound Calls: Follow up on client inquiries and offer advice on using our services.

Client Advising: Guide clients on how to use AnyWorkAnywhere effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 2+ years in a B2B sales role, ideally in recruitment, HR tech, travel/tourism, hospitality, or online advertising sales

Track record: Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and manage a full sales cycle independently

Languages: Fluent English (mandatory); an additional European language is a strong plus

Skills: Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills; excellent relationship-building and communication abilities; comfortable working with CRM tools and sales reporting

Mindset: Results-driven, strategic thinker, autonomous, natural leader with a coaching mentality

Bonus: Experience selling internationally / across multiple markets
