Client Success Sales Specialist with German (Relocation to Athens, Greece)
Location: Athens, Greece (On-site)
Working hours: Monday – Friday (No shifts)

Now, we are partnering with a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology. They are looking for a Client Success Sales Specialist with German to join their expanding team in Athens, Greece.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, fostering long-term partnerships
Deliver outstanding service through proactive, transparent, and professional communication
Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Create customized, performance-driven digital advertising strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Monitor performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and consistently exceed targets
What You Bring:
Fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2) skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365) is a plus
