We are looking for motivated French-speaking candidates to join international teams in Sofia across Customer Service, Technical Support, and Content Moderation roles.

What you will do
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with product-related questions and account inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions
• Review and moderate online content according to internal policies
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams
• Work closely with international colleagues in a fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent French and good English skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and professional approach
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or content moderation is a plus
• Motivation to relocate and build an international career in Sofia
