What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
• Assist customers with service-related issues and provide information on promotional events.
• Work in shifts: morning (09:00–17:45) and afternoon (13:15–22:00), including weekends and bank holidays with additional compensation.
• Engage in inbound communication only; no cold-calling involved.​

What We Expect:

• Fluency in Greek and a communicative level of English (both written and spoken).
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to quickly identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily responsibilities efficiently.

• Willingness to relocate to and reside in the Czech Republic.​

What We Offer:

• Gross Monthly Salary: 30,000 CZK (~€1,200).
• Performance Bonuses: Up to 4,000 CZK (~€160) monthly.
