DESCRIPTION

As a Solutions Consultant, you will provide high-quality customer support through phone, chat, and email, helping users with Google's digital products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical knowledge while working in a multicultural environment with full training provided.
REQUIREMENTS
Native or fluent Icelandic.
Good command of English (minimum B2).
EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Bulgaria.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
