Handle inbound customer support in Dutch via phone, chat, and email

Assist with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issues

Address customer escalations and document case information accurately

Collaborate with technicians to resolve or close support tickets

Maintain internal ticketing systems in English

Promote customer satisfaction and uphold brand reputation

Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English skills

Technical troubleshooting experience is a plus

Strong communication skills with ability to simplify technical topics

PC literacy, Google Docs, and Google Sheets proficiency

Familiarity with wireless troubleshooting

Patient, discreet, and up-to-date with IT trends

Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player

Must have an EU passport or valid residence permit
