In this role, you will join the Digital First team, one of EMEA’s largest and most complex teams. Your digital expertise will have a direct impact on how millions of people make life's most important decisions such as taking your first mortgage, buying a new car, planning your dream vacation or simply what food should I order today and what movie do I stream. You will partner with brands in a myriad of exciting sectors (finance, travel, automotive, media, and more), helping them reach customers at every stage of their journey. You will be fluent in Google's marketing suite to leave a lasting mark on the digital world.

Ireland: €76000 - €77500 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
• Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate excellent value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
• Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth targets.
• Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
• Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a business related field.
• 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
• 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
• Experience with German advertising landscape.
• Ability to communicate in German fluently to engage with clients in the region.
