For one of our international clients — a global leader in business services and travel solutions — we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Travel Consultant who speaks German and English and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
???? Your Day-to-Day:
Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings — flights, hotels, car rentals, and more
Offer custom travel solutions that meet company policies and traveler preferences
Recommend cost-effective and time-efficient travel routes
Handle changes, cancellations, and emergencies with professionalism and care
Provide real-time assistance to clients during travel disruptions
Build strong relationships with clients through consistent, top-tier service
Stay updated on the latest travel trends and industry tools to deliver innovative solutions
???? What You Bring to the Table:
Fluency in German and English (B2 level minimum, both written and verbal)
2+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, or airline sectors
Knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Apollo, etc.) is a big plus
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Solid MS Office and general computer skills
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering world-class service
Strong team player with a customer-focused mindset
