Finnish-Speaking Ads Sales Executive
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 variable
About the Role
As an Ads Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with Finnish companies and agency partners to develop tailored digital advertising strategies. Your goal is to help clients grow through effective online campaigns while contributing to the expansion of the business across the EMEA region.
This is a target-driven role where you’ll combine sales expertise with consultative support. You won’t just sell products. You’ll build relationships, understand client goals, and deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Build and strengthen relationships with Finnish clients and agencies.
Provide tailored digital advertising strategies that improve campaign performance.
Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional marketing solutions.
Offer strategic advice to maximize return on advertising investment.
Consistently achieve sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Engage with clients proactively via phone, video calls, and email.
What We’re Looking For
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Native or C2-level Finnish and strong English skills.
1–2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
Familiarity with digital advertising products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.
Goal-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset.
Genuine interest in marketing, technology, and online advertising.
Desirable Skills
Process improvement and operational efficiency mindset.
Collaborative team player who shares ideas openly.

REQUIREMENTS
