Are you fluent in French and ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? Our client in Athens is seeking motivated individuals to join their team of Customer Service Advisors and represent some of the world’s leading brands.

What will you do?
- Handle calls, emails, and chats in French
- Act as a brand ambassador and stay up to date on promotions
- Address account and billing issues, upsell services, and resolve fraudulent order claims
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Document interactions and instructions in the CRM system
- Monitor and follow up on ongoing cases

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B1+)
- Valid EU passport/ID or work permit for Greece
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous
