And your role in this?
In this role, you will kick off your executive search career path working directly alongside the company founder. Your core mission is to engage a highly educated, sophisticated audience within the consulting world and pitch exclusive career opportunities. Because warm leads and structured market data are fully provided from day one, you skip the painful cold-start and focus straight on premium relationship management to help client consultancies hit their ambitious growth targets.
More specifically, you will:
- Speak directly with Senior Consultants, Directors, and Partners of top-tier consulting firms on an equal footing.
- Pitch opportunities to candidates and clients with confidence, charm, and clear professionalism.
- Draft highly compelling, flawless messages in German, hitting the exact analytical tone required for an intellectual audience.
- Manage a high volume of daily interactions, stay resilient through natural rejections, and build long-term networks.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to maximize the potential of provided leads and market intelligence.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools and modern recruitment processes to keep your workflow hyper-focused and efficient.
- Represent the firm at exclusive corporate events, ensuring guests feel incredibly welcome and premium-tailored.
