DESCRIPTION
Location: Athens, Greece
Role: German-speaking Digital Account Manager
Salary: €1,800 gross/month (this includes €1,400 basic salary and €400 fixed project bonus) plus Performance bonus: €250/month
Working Hrs: 40 hrs per week, rotational between Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00
Relocation Package: Flight to Athens + 4 weeks of company accommodation + assistance with finding long-term housing

About the Role
As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll work with business clients to develop tailored advertising strategies, manage ongoing campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining long-term client relationships while ensuring exceptional results and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities
- Account Management, build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Develop account strategies that align with both client and company objectives.
- Handle client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Client Engagement, understand client goals and industry trends through research and communication.
- Identify optimization and growth opportunities.
- Present data-driven advertising solutions and recommendations.
- Stay up to date on digital advertising trends and tools.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, consistently achieving sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile
- Native fluent German
- Goog command of English
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales.
- Proven ability to manage accounts and meet or exceed targets.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

- Full-time, on-site position in Athens (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00).
- Competitive salary: €1,,400 gross/month.
