About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will support UCC's Growth Team by identifying and engaging potential clients across international markets. Your primary focus will be initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and helping generate a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct proactive B2B outbound calls to prospective clients
• Qualify leads by identifying business needs, challenges, and decision-makers
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups
• Execute targeted email outreach campaigns and manage responses
• Research and identify relevant stakeholders within target organizations
• Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems
• Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date
• Prepare regular reports on outreach performance and qualified opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Team to support business development initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient German and English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Previous experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, telesales, cold calling, or appointment setting is an advantage
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, LinkedIn, sales tools, and AI-powered technologies
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in sales and business development
