Your main duties will be:
- Answering incoming calls, taking data, advising and informing members and clients.
- Make outbound contacts to mediate or organise, if necessary, medical assistance (contacts with hospitals/doctors, providers, etc.).
- Support and assist in the medical cost containment process.
- Back office activities.
- Participate in the achievement of operational targets (KPI, productivity, quality management, etc.).
- Support in case of internal projects.
