Join an international team delivering top-tier support for a leading streaming service. You’ll assist customers via phone, email, and chat, with a comprehensive training program and a relocation package to get you started.

What will you do?

• Provide customer support for a popular streaming platform
• Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues
• Support both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support
• Make outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders

Candidate profile

• Fluent in Danish (C1) OR Norwegian (C1)  and English (B2)
• Excellent communication and service orientation
• Basic administrative and technical knowledge
• Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri: 09:00–19:00, weekends: 10:00–16:00)
