Join the customer service team of a major airline and assist passengers with bookings, flight changes, terminal information, and more. This position is on-site in Warsaw and includes a relocation package covering your flight and one week of shared accommodation.

-Assist customers with booking issues and inquiries

-Support customers in rescheduling flights

-Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, terminals, and procedures

-Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with company standards

-Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries

-Communicate clearly and professionally in Norwegian

-Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English

-Previous experience in customer service is preferred

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

-Ability to work on-site in Warsaw

-Comfortable using computers and navigating digital tools
