About the company
Our client operates in the SaaS space and has an advanced search solution for e-commerce stores, that can be added as a plugin for thousands of webshop platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce and similar. It is a highly advanced search solution serving more than 10.000 customers globally that makes it a lot easier for visitors to find the best products, and it increases conversion rates drastically.
What will you do?
- Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting, negotiation to closing
- Conduct market research to identify client needs and opportunities
- Develop tailored sales strategies to win new business
- Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Independently generate new business opportunities
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales for min. 8-12 months, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Highly fluent in Polish (C2) and English (B2)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Results-driven with a hunger for success and growth
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Quick to adapt and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
- Willing to work 100% from office from the start (hybrid options after onboarding)
- EU-passport or Spanish residency
- Locally based in Madrid or willing to relocate on their own
