field. We are on a search for determined, driven and sales-oriented people for the role of
Support Agent with Romanian and English ( 100% Remote from Bulgaria)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Your will communicate with clients daily, and discuss their marketing and sales goals.
Becoming familiar with all aspects of clients’ marketing platform and features will be a necessary and will help you become a star employee! Your communication skills will help you establish and maintain a great relationship with the clients and colleagues alike.
Understanding of digital marketing will help you a lot, too. Use to offer design ideas and help improve overall presentation. Tracking campaigns return of investment will enable you see week areas and suggest improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Romanian and English language are required.
- Great communication skills and polite manners are a must.
- Personal drive, team-player attitude will be of a great help.
- High School level education is a must.
- Experience with digital media sales or account management will be an advantage and will be helpful to you, as well as good PC skillset (MS office apps skills will be a plus).
