What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Manage incoming phone calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
• Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Our Agents should be genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They should understand the value of good communication skills
• Problem-solving

Your qualifications

• Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Have customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
