German-speaking Customer advisor for a Health Company

With this range of services, the firm is uniquely positioned internationally between pharmacists, opticians, ophthalmologists, laser centers, patients, and customers.

The role

As a German-speaking Health Advisor, you will be responsible for receiving incoming telephone and e-mail inquiries from B2B customers in one of these two areas: Pharma and Vision Care.

Your responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from German-speaking clients
• Inform and advise customers about pharmaceutical products and medical devices
• Reply to customer questions about indication, storage, and defined brief information (all other points are forwarded to the relevant specialist departments 
• Support and share your product knowledge

Your Profile

• You are proficient in German and fluent in English (oral and written)
• You have good communications skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• You are open-minded and eager to learn
• Proactive and a team player, you like to help and work with other people
• You are positive and motivated
