• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Portuguese (native) and English (advanced).
• Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, Sharepoint, SharePoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable)
• Ability to handle diverse customer situations, with empathy and professionalism.
• Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
