DESCRIPTION

For our client, a leading supplier of sustainable fuels, we are seeking a candidate for the position of daily partner settlement in SK/CZ/HU and financial support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and processing IDoc transfers of business data

• Handling card transactions and resolving claims

• Comparing sold quantities and addressing discrepancies

• Communicating with partners and overseeing their accounts

• Preparing reports and monthly closures

• Collaborating on projects and implementing audit recommendations

• Managing the settlement team in SK/CZ/HU

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in customer service

• Strong phone handling skills, active listening

• Customer-oriented approach

• Experience with SAP and CRM - an advantage

• MS Office Word - beginner level

• Attention to detail with a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to prioritize tasks, time management, and stress resilience

• Customer focus with excellent communication skills

• Slovak language - C2

• German language - C1/C2

• Hungarian language - an advantage
