Our client in Cologne is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work both from the office in Cologne and from home. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking guests, supporting them with reservations, inquiries, and general customer care. You will play an important role in ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of before, during, and after their stay.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from Danish-speaking guests
- Assist with bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Provide information about parks, facilities, and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by finding solutions and providing excellent service
- Work closely with colleagues from other teams to guarantee smooth guest experiences
