Salary: €45 base pay with uncapped commission.

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for making a positive impact? Our Client is actively seeking a skilled Sales Project Coordinator to join their innovative team and play a crucial role in driving project success.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects and teams to ensure the achievement of client expectations and company targets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performance management and goal achievement.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Building
  • Effective team management, including target assignment and performance reviews.
  • Internal and external reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve invoicing and validation inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in both German (native-level) and high-level English.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a persuasive phone manner.
  • Self-motivated with outstanding prioritization and time management abilities.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in executing effective sales processes.
  • Experience in customer service, call center operations, or public-facing roles.
