What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Develop clear, impactful HR strategies that support company culture and values
Manage office operations, including supplies, facility upkeep, and vendor relationships
Assist with financial processes: expense tracking, invoices, and records
Own the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment to exit
Oversee payroll in coordination with internal teams and third-party providers
Plan memorable team events and foster employee engagement

What We’re Looking For:
A degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
5+ years of HR experience (bonus: experience with office/finance support)
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Skilled in Microsoft Office, HR systems, and basic accounting software
A great communicator with a positive, collaborative mindset
Discretion, professionalism, and ideally an HR certification (SHRM, SPHR, etc.)
