Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a portfolio of partners and to develop their business sell out of PC and Print products, supported by callout campaigns
- Articulate clearly the value proposition of the company
- Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from re-sellers, routing onward if appropriate, follow up if needed
- Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails.
- Detect high business opportunities
- Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns
- Process call-out campaign based on a predefined list of re-sellers
- Process-specific marketing on products and services
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English and a Native Polish speaker
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous sales experience. Preferably B2B sales
- Positive attitude and goal orientation
- Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
- Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision
- Flexibility in prioritizing workload
- IT knowledge is plus
