Respond to customer queries via email professionally and efficiently
Follow internal procedures and policies
Evaluate cases and make decisions based on guidelines
Fluent Dutch (C2 level), with basic to conversational English
Strong written communication and PC skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new tools
Strong decision-making and empathy when dealing with customers
Rotational shifts between 07:00 and midnight (including weekends and public holidays)
Two types of shifts: 07:00–15:30 and 15:30–00:00 (occasional mid-day shifts like 11:00–19:30)
After initial office period, employees can work from home on weekday morning shifts
Late and weekend shifts must be performed from home
Initial training (2 weeks) in office
Work from office for 4–6 additional weeks or until reaching independent performance
Must attend office as needed for performance review, training, or meetings
Social insurance, pension, and approx. 15% tax
