Quality Control and Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the quality control and training departments, oversee control processes, and ensure operational efficiency through effective training plans;
• Interview, hire, train, and manage quality control and training staff;
• Supervise the objectives and activities of quality control and training managers;
• Ensure compliance with approved key performance indicators and respect operational processes;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement;
• Provide feedback, lead meetings, manage costs, and ensure staff compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
• Develop quality control processes, data analysis, and training to monitor industry trends;
• Review reports, create presentations on improvements to quality control and training processes, and actively participate in the development of annual review plans;
• Perform additional tasks related to quality control and training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably a master's degree;
• Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Serbian or other languages is a plus;
• Relevant certifications in quality control, training, or leadership are a plus;
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills;
• Ability to motivate and inspire others;
• Ability to manage teams and projects across different functional areas;
• Extensive experience in quality control and training, preferably in the gaming or similar industries;
• Knowledge of quality control standards, training methodologies, and data analysis tools;
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
