DESCRIPTION
Are you interested in working in the travel industry for a Norwegian company? Hurtigruten in Tallinn, Estonia, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented travel consultant to join their team for the Norwegian market!
As a travel consultant, you will be responsible for providing customers with professional guidance and service, as well as identifying and maximizing sales opportunities. You will be a key part of the team working to create a positive customer experience for Hurtigruten’s existing and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative sales and service to customers through all communication channels
- Identify customer needs and respond professionally and promptly
- Take advantage of all opportunities to convert customers through incoming or outgoing contact
- Enter, update, and document all customer information in the system according to standard procedures
- Follow up on customer contacts when necessary
- Identify and escalate issues to ensure resolution
- Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Be available for crisis training and support during on-call duties as needed
- Perform tasks assigned by direct supervisors
- Work in shifts, Monday-Friday 09:00-19:00, some Saturdays 09:00-15:00

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Secondary education
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry
- Experience in telephone sales – both incoming and outgoing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Native-level proficiency in a Nordic language / good English skills – both written and spoken
