What You'll Do:
As a Customer Support - Business Travel Consultant, you'll deliver exceptional service to our clients, helping them navigate the world of business travel with ease. From assisting with bookings to resolving inquiries, you'll be the friendly voice our customers trust and rely on.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C1/B2) and English (B2)
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work full-time shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday
