Role: Dutch Customer Service Specialist – Medical Devices
Salary package: 19,800 EUR gross p/a plus meal allowance
- €1,100 gross per month (14 payments per year)
- €400 gross fixed bonus per month
- Approx. €150 net meal allowance per month
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 22:00 (rotative shifts)
Relocation support: Reimbursement of Airfare up to 400€ after 6 months, Plus availability of subsidised company Apartment (Room in a shared flat) with rent of 280€ (this will be deducted directly from your monthly pay)

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will provide empathetic, accurate, and regulatory-compliant support to patients and healthcare professionals using innovative diabetes care solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver customer care and technical assistance for medical devices across European markets
Support patients with product usage through phone, email, chat, and SMS
Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance for medical diabetes devices and accessories
Manage order intake, renewals, and documentation in line with company procedures
Apply active listening and empathy when supporting patients in sensitive situations
Follow defined procedures, scripts, and compliance standards to ensure patient safety
