Due to our international expansion we are looking for a talented Account Manager intern, capable to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to deliver the solution that best fits their expectations.
You will be assigned a clients portfolio which you will be responsible for as well as giving you full autonomy on expanding your clients’ base by either increasing the contract value or hunting for new business opportunities within your existing base.
We are offering a full-time 6-months paid internship at our Amsterdam HQ, where you will be part of a young and dynamic team, working in an international environment with a possibility of a job offer depending on your results.
Building and maintaining strong business relationships with HR and L&D Managers within international companies to conduct both renewal and new business sales interactions.
Identifying growth opportunities, expanding existing accounts’ by increasing the contract value or hunting for new business opportunities within your existing base.
Holding phone meetings with clients, creating proposals, negotiating and closing deals, following up on clients’ after sales.
Forecasting and tracking key account metrics, developing an effective sales reporting system and detailed account plans.
Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure clients' retention as well as a timely and successful delivery of the service.
Working together with the sales team and marketing in social selling activities.
Post-graduate degree (Bachelor or Master) with a strong sales profile, experience in B2B preferable.
Native language fluency in Italian, fluent English. Other languages are a plus (French, Dutch, German, Spanish).
Based in or willing to move to Amsterdam.
Start date ASAP.
