Junior Business Development Representative + French

Our client is one of the Europeans hottest start-ups offering a platform that provides website and advertisement space display optimization in mobile websites. They established in 2011 and now have offices in Spain and the United States of America. They already won various prizes and awards and are determined to continue making an impact in their industry. 

In order to keep growing, they are now looking for a motivated and energetic Business Developer willing to search new business opportunities and potential clients, by prospecting, profiling companies and qualifying leads. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generating and qualifying opportunities as well as building a pipeline of prospects
  • Establishing and building valuable relationships with potential clients
  • Identifying key decision makers and approaching them through cold-calling, social media, emailing, etc. 
  • Meeting and exceeding your individual and team sales targets for the assigned market(s) 
  • Scheduling sales calls, demos, and follow-ups with warm leads 
Requirements

Core Skills/experience:

  • Positive-mindset, results-oriented and sales-minded
  • Preferably a Bachelor´s degree or higher
  • You are not afraid of picking up the phone and to pro-actively reach out to people
  • Passionate about fast-paced start-up environments 
  • Experience in business development/sales is a huge plus
  • Hands-on, energetic and persuasive
