Gaming Support Consultant - Turkish

We are looking for Turkish speakers to join the team that supports multi-player games for mobile phones.
Responsible for delivering support that results in a positive customer experience
Identify and analyze player`s needs in order to create the best resolution
Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately
Stay curious and impact the improvement of the customers support process
Proficiency in Turkish – B2 / C1
Good command of English - B1 / B2
Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Passion for video gaming
Experience of working in a customer-centric environment is a plus
Ability to work on flexible schedule – Mon-Sun 6:00-15:00/15:00-00:00
