Turkish VIP Customer Service Specialist (EU Passport)

Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Making outbound telephone calls and emailing VIP customers
• Working towards set targets, objectives and goals
• Understanding our VIP customer needs & providing excellence in customer service to build long term relationships.
• Communicate with VIP customers on regular basis via telephone & Email
• Handling wide variety of player & account queries i.e. as games, player promotions,technical issues, log in issues etc
• Accountable for VIP Customer satisfaction
• Take ownership of any problems or requests from VIPs and ensure that they are addressed directly or escalate to the appropriate channel
• Communicating with VIP customers keeping them well informed of products, services
• Gather customer feedback on product experience and communicate clearly to management
• Carry out administrative duties as required

• Decision Making Authority
• Escalate issues to the VIP Manager
• Graduation of high school or post-secondary school
• Preferably at least one year
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Internet related software
