Inside Sales Account Representative for Mid Market (France)

In Lenovo we are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Account Sales Team in our regional mid-market business center near Paris.

You will part of a team who are responsible for acquiring, maintaining and developing great relationships with mid-market customers over the phone.

The ideal Inside Sales Account Representative will be goal-oriented, and articulate and possess sound phone skills. A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must. You need to be to truly understand your customer’s strategy and have the ability to go beyond their needs, to maximize business and customer satisfaction

 

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing your assigned accounts to maximize Lenovo revenue and margin performance and maximizing customer satisfaction

• Delivering profitable revenue growth across your account base

• Working closely with resellers and distributors to fulfill business

• Working closely with other sales teams in Lenovo to achieve common revenue and profit goals

• Weekly account status reporting: quarterly performance reporting, forecasting and business planning vs target

• Creating metric driven and fact-based tactical plans to grow Lenovo share

• Maintaining accurate and updated account profiles via Sales force

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years proven outbound sales experience, with excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills,

• Fluent in French language and in English

• Enthusiastic about IT products

• Customer focused, and able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations.

• Articulate, persuasive and able to understand customer needs, build strong, long term beneficial relationships, and conduct negotiations while maximizing customer satisfaction

• Energetic, self-motivated, proactive

• Structured with strong time management skills, resilient to pressure and adaptable to change

• Strong team player with respect for the individual

• Ideally, experience of salesForce, CRM  M/S Office
