Our client is a European Company, leader in promotional products – operating under 4 main brands - with headquarter in the Netherlands. They serve both consumers and companies in the DACH, Benelux, Nordics, UK and South Europe Regions.

As from January 2018, they are opening their new European Marketing Office in Barcelona and are looking for the most talented and brightest Marketing Talents to build their team!

The EU Marketing office in Barcelona will be the starting point of all company’s European brand initiatives.

The Job

As Brand Lead, you develop and implement the European marketing strategy of the brand. You will be responsible for driving the growth of the brand within the organization and ensuring all aspects of its marketing and manufacturing match.
Main responsibilities:

- Marketing: prepare go to-market European brand strategy- and plan, marketing solutions, online platform (back-end and front-end), optimize customer value proposition, branding strategy, market positioning, put the offerings from the printing facilities into market solutions- and communication. This all in order to attract potential customers and retain existing customers.

- HR: Hire and build the team with the best online talents. When the team is complete; train, develop and coach the team to reach their full potential as innovator and leader. So you will be responsible for bonus structure, roles & tasks etc. as well.

- Finance: Deliver the budget which has been agreed with the Board; based on turnover, market share, costs and ROI.

- Other: Working closely with the regions (Regional Leads and Local Marketers), develop network within branch organizations, trade shows, organizing daily operation, measuring and make use of KPI’s.

- Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

- Relaunch of the brand, digital ordering process and assortment & pricing will be key topics to get the former model back on track. Build a proposition which makes sense and will put our client back into a position of market leadership.

Requirements

The Profile

- You have an excellent level of English + any other European language

- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic marketing within international B2B organizations, preferably with a start-up or scale-up experience

-You have experience with digital advertising campaigns, SEO & SEA, Social Media, Performance marketing, Influential marketing and Affiliate marketing

- You have proven leadership skills and experience leading teams and projects

- You are an initiative taker with an entrepreneur mindset and commercial attitude

- You have strategic thinking capabilities

- You are creative, innovative and driven for the best
